To open the powerpoint 

• we can easily open the powerpoint in computer as well as laptop.

• first of all open your computer or laptop👇

• Then after that click windows + R then there will open run box👇
  
• Again type powerpnt in search box👇

• And finally click enter button then there will open powerpoint.👇

To save the document or file in desktop

 Simply,we can save any file wherever we like to..

now,we will save the fill in desktop..before that there are certain step..first of all you need to click file as it is shown in powerpoint option.

after that there will open file and there will be come different option.simply click the save as.

                                        OR
we can press F12 from your keyboard then there will appear a save as  box.

here we simply copy the file in desktop

after this we simply rename the file whatever we like.i have put presentation in name.

After this click the save button then it will save on your desktop.

To change the background

It is very easy to change the wallpaper.you can put your own photo as well as from your laptop or computer.there are certain steps:

• first of all you need to click right button from your mouse then  you can see various option.
  

then simply you need to click personalize from your option.and there will appear certain box👇👇

Then from backgound you can simply change the background of your computer or laptop.then from background,if we need slideshow then we need to click slide show 👆👆

• now simply click the browser.

• then there will appear picture box

  

  From here you can choose photo whatever you want.
